Palm Treo 800w coming out soon

For those looking to replace their Palm Treo 700w, a Palm Treo 800w may be coming out soon. Details of the specs are a little sketchy right now.

So far the specs may include the following:

  • mini-USB plug on the bottom of the device for syncing and charging.
  • It’s about as thin as a Centro
  • Windows Mobile 6.0
  • besides ringer on/off switch, a WiFi on/off button.
  • 2MP camera
  • standard with an EvDO Rev. A radio
  • bluetooth 2.0 +EDR
  • 802.11g WiFi
  • MicroSD
  • 256MB memory
  • no more headphone jack on the device, will have to use a mini-USB plug with an adapter or bluetooth stereo headset

The device may be released in April of this year.
